Quick Start

  1. Extract the ZIP file
  2. Run FaceSwapLive.exe
  3. Models download automatically on first run (~500MB)
  4. Select your selfie and choose a mode
  5. Output to virtual camera (UnityCapture/OBS) or Elgato

Requirements

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
  • NVIDIA GPU with CUDA support (GTX 1060+ recommended)
  • 4GB+ VRAM
